Eggless Tiramisu

Put curd in a muslin cloth and hang :Sp it for a couple of hours. Remove excess water and transfer into a bowl. Mix well and keep aside. Prepare custard as we usually do by adding custard powder in boiling milk adding sugar. Make the mixture slightly thicker than usual. Add sugar to the hung curd and whisk it until it is smooth in texture like soft cheese and keep aside. Whisk the custard and add to the curd mixture and mix well till creamy. In another bowl add cream and sugar and whisk this well till fluffy as cake icing.
