Put curd in a muslin cloth and hang :Sp it for a couple of hours. Remove excess water and transfer into a bowl. Mix well and keep aside. Prepare custard as we usually do by adding custard powder in boiling milk adding sugar. Make the mixture slightly thicker than usual. Add sugar to the hung curd and whisk it until it is smooth in texture like soft cheese and keep aside. Whisk the custard and add to the curd mixture and mix well till creamy. In another bowl add cream and sugar and whisk this well till fluffy as cake icing. Add coffee decoction a tablespoonful and add little grape juice or wine :beer: and mix well. Take a sponge cake piece and dip in coffee decoction and arrange in a greased container lining the container with a layer of this sponge cake. Pour half the mixture of custard and curd on top of the sponge cake and again arrange another layer of sponge cake dipped in coffee decoction. Now pour the remaining cream and curd mixture over this. Put cocoa powder or chocolate gratings over this and keep it in the freezer for 2 hours. Better served if kept overnight.
