I draw this kolam in this way.First Keep centre 9 dots, then both the side upto 1 dot.(ie 1 to 9 to 1).Then connect the dots as per the design/kolam .The single flower design will not be there on 4 sides.Then on 4 sides where 2 flowers are joint together, keep dots seperately 2-3-2-1 .( taking the joint point as 1 dot ,keep the remaining dots 2-3-2-1 ) Draw the same flower .
