nice photo mam. rani mam of course I have seen in and around mylapore, for conducting poojas, only males (poojaris) make kolam that too big big designs perfectly and also perfect shadings they will give. they use filter to spread colours...would be very interesting one to see mam.

Infact, my father makes small small kolams but he does it neatly that too with rice flour in Pooja room.
