a very big kuzhal kolam rani ..looks like it is drawn on a violet floor with white and pink colours...the borders outside your octagon is simply beautiful...
Exxxxxtremely beautiful kolam. The colour lines along side the white lines and curves is giving a shading effect.
Beautiful work. The small detailing work inside the kolam looks nice. The pink adds its charm to the kolam. Should have taken pretty time to complete this huge design in outlining the kuzhal lines and coloring it again.
A small suggestion, Please upload your Margazhi kolams in a top view, If possible :)

rani. It is really a big task to draw such a big kolam. It would have taken at least 1 hour to complete?
The coloring with pink outline is superb. The one and only drawback is the outline surrounding the centre design is not symmetric in the right side corner.But it is not visible at the first sight and do not interfere with the beauty of this kolam.

Wow - Rani this reminds me of the lotus temple in Delhi not only for the shape of the petals but also for the pink colour. Very very grand - wonderful work :)
