Nice blue-green leaf. Let me know if you don't like the name I've used here :)
This is the only single leaf rangoli in ikolam, and it is so special to me!
There is a purandaradAsa kRti that goes like this -
pAlgaDaloDaloLu pavaLisidavanE
aaladeleya mEle malagida SiSuvE
SrIlatAMgiya chittadoDayanE
bAla ninnannu pADi tUguvenayyA ... jOjO
O child lying on the milky white foams
O child lying on the leafy bed
O the dweller in the rich lady's heart
O child let me sing you a lullaby to sleep ... hush
May be the lonely leaf is looking for the dark Lord!

Hi Mr. Rao,
I found your comment very interesting. It's such a nice lullaby! What raga is this Purandara Dasa krithi composed in?

As Smti Lakshmi Devi mentioned it is in SaMkarAbharaNa, set to aaTa tALa.
The song's pallavi is jO jO SrIkRshNa paramAnaMda ...
In fact I like one stanza in particular in this song. that is -
guNanidhiye ninnannu ettikoMDiddare
maneya kelasa yAru mADuvarayya
manake sukha nidre taMdukO bEga
phaNiSayanane ninna pADi tUguvenu .. jO jO ..
Darling, if you're always in my hands,
who will carry out the household chores?
Calm yourself, my dear, and close your eyes,
I'll sing songs and lull you to sleep! ... hush ...
Regards! - mOhana
