Welcome to ikolam Krithika! :)
Your lotus rangoli and the red flower are looking very nice. I like the way you have drawn the shapes below the rangolis. Let me see if I get the names right for the shapes; triangle, round, square, rectangle and cone. Please do let me know if I got them all right. If I have made a mistake, you will help me in correcting them. Wouldn't you, please? :)
very nice attempt and congrats to Kirithika for her interet in Kolam even at this young age and she also showed her interest in maths by drawning all shapes, excellent and keet it up
Bhavani I am so happy that your daughter is interested in making kolams as such a young age.. The flowers are coloured nicely and outlined qwith bold strokes - look forward to see more of Krithi kutti's kolams :)
Bhavani maam wish Kirithika on my behalf. It is really amazing what a 6-year-old can do... at such a tender age she has done her mommy proud... I feel so proud of you for putting it on the web and encouraging her.. Kirthika darling this is very cute ... keep it up chellam
This reminds me of my childhood days. I won the first prize for my kolam when I was in 2nd standard. That was partly because there was no other participation from 2nd standard, and mine was the only entry. May be no other parent had confidence in their child. I remember, I did a very similar flower like what kirthika has done.
Here I see a great mom like my mom. And to krithika, I wish u lots and lots of joyful endeavors with kolams
