Chicken scratch work is very nicely done. Diya's comment: Did she make it by hand, or with a computer? All the border designs match exactly, and must have taken a long time to finish!

wonderful embroidery work. Viji, hats of to your patience. Very nice to see Embroidery padikolam. Long back I have up loaded an embroidery kolam with color powder done on the backside of a squared tile. It look me nearly one full day to complete it. (Lata, can you put it in the home page for easy comparison?) rajamma

Actually chicken stratch (or kozhi kirukkal in tamil) is not so neat at all - I am sure you all know what I mean - but Viji has trained her chicken to scratch very neatly and wow what a masterpiece.. Viji this is really excellent - so perfect too :)
