You have drawn this kolam so finely looks like you have used chalk. Steady hand, lovely strokes and wonderful creativity. Like Pushpa said if you had added a little colour in the alternate border this kolam would have definitely looked more prettier :)

More importantly, this pattern is an instruction for all in how to take care of symmetry in an effortless manner. See how the symmetry has six petals at the centre, has 12 in the next one and has 24 in the next one. All this has been achieved without any distortion. Here is somebody who is very good!
