Looks very nice. Great teamwork ladies. A beautiful bride and a handsome groom!
Jayaji, thank you for the series of pictures, and for transporting us to the wedding hall. :)
Jaya, I was waiting for this. I am missing myself in this. You could have written the owners of the hands that created this beautiful flower rangoli and presented it to the newly wed couple.e
rajamma

Hi friends ,it was a memorable and joyful evening for all of us to make the pookolam.Thanx to Jaya mam for creating this oppurtunity.Wishing the couple Happy Married life.
Oh I am so happy to see this Jaya :) Sorry I was not around yesterday to comment :(
By Sheer co-incidence Lakshmi and I turned up in the same colour saree and blouse.. To our surprise Sumathi and Viji were matching with each other (except for the blouse colour). So if you see in the group photo we made Jayanthi pose in the centre, as she was in green and evenly matched ourselves on either side.. We were actually like a bunch of excited kids - laughing and joking, putting all thoughts together to make this pookolam.. We even had Rajamma and Jaya's mother (right na??) and a couple of other grand old ladies (they were such darlings) contributing their ideas too.. It was like a ritual by itself and was such a wonderful experience not only creating it but enjoying it after it was done. I must say I felt really proud to hear the comments from the guests who saw it after it was done (apart from the ones who were present when it was being done).. Jaya what touches my heart is the last photo of Navin & Kamini(may they have many many years of happiness and may God shower all his blessings on them) posing with the pookolam - here itself I can see the love all of you have for us and I am proud to be part of the gang..
Thank you Jaya and family for giving us this wonderful opportunity...
Very nice to see the process of creation. It is like witnessing a building of an edifice. Very beautiful indeed! May the newlyweds live to enjoy one hundred fall seasons (SaradSSatam). I don't know why the photographer or somebody had not instructed them not to stand on the rangOli so lovingly created ;-)
Regards! - mOhana
