This is a really beautiful work. Nicely executed. In the central pattern one more colour could have been used alternately to give contrast. Now it does not stand out. The southwest white pattern could have been repeated on all sides. I like the colours used, but they are not standing out because of the floor colour. Very beautiful design! Nicely drawn. :) The orange coloring inside the outermost border could've been more brighter/darker, just my thoughts. :)

Excellent symmetry. Rangoli done with a lot of patience - hat's off to your MIL. Only minus point is the choice of light colours as the whole rangoli is merging with the floor colour - if brighter colours were used this would have been a real rocker... All the best :)
