All ur poo kolams are very beautiful... this also very nice..

This is simply marvellous! Using one type of flower for each circular layer is a very good idea. More importantly leaving the last one bare creating an illusion as if a circle exists inside the corner borders is a very creative thought. If only the small kankAMbaram hexagon could have been an octagon..., o well, who cares?

Soumya Ma'am, this one is totally mindblowing....... Keep it up, Ma'am.... Thanks for sharing such lovely creations with us.....
Traditional Pookkalam for onam used to be like this only-one type of flower for each round. Start with a ring of 'thuba poo' on Hastham day for Ganesha and keep adding a circle daily, end with a big circle for Uthradam. On Thiruvonam there won't be any pookkalam but only a Mahabali!
Wow awesome... vijaya ma'am... the arrangement as well as the different colored flowers give it such a traditional look... very beautiful
