I like how the blue triangles are inclined to the right, instead of pointing to the center, they add an interesting twist to the blue pinwheel. Tassels look nice. :)
It reminds me of a cootie catcher that little girls make with paper.

A very Lovely & Colourful Kolam, Subashini Ma'am..... starting with a pin wheel in the middle and attached to the bell at the end..... may be the pin wheel would spin with wind and make the bells cling..... I would call it Kaatralai or Manikolam!!! ... :)
Actually I was reminded of a windmill when I looked at the centre of this kolam and was wondering what would happen to the bells if the wind blows and I am reading my thoughts in Purni's message - super Subashini - I like the way you have casually drawn the strings from which the bells are hanging - realistic :)
