Welcome to ikolam Shubashree! :)
We're glad you shared your rangoli for this special occasion. Looks nice with simple decoration done on a wooden plank. Thank you for sharing your works here with all of us, and we look forward to more. :D
(Please choose the "Upload rangoli" option from the Upload menu, in future.:) )
I love this rangOli for its traditional look. Look at the sides where some pulses are kept. They are supposed to be shops where goods are sold during the ratha yAtra. My memories go back to more than 50 years when my mother used to do similar patterns on a wooden plank on rathasaptamI day. Thanks SubhA ma'am for kindling the memories of bygone days. Regards! - mOhana
Hi Mohana,
Thanks ... and request you to continue what your mom was doing.... as they say that when we draw rangoli before God , we get a lot of peace of Mind....
