wow....soo eloborate one....it could have been easier if photographed in a better angle. But wild guess would be, straight dots, 31 - 9 lines and continue both the sides till you reach 9. Will try from my side and get back :)

Hi..... It is 35 - 13 straight dots.. it will be easier if you do the familiar elephant kolam 21 - 1 straight dots in the middle and the pots on all four sides first and come to the peacocks... :)
