I want to learn this. Can i have information about how many number of dots and how to make this beautiful kolam

I think in this design the center row (horizontally) has 9 dots, and it ends on both top and bottom at 5 dots (that is the number I get when I looked at the design and counted the black dots, you can try it too, and please let us know if that is incorrect).
