Sharing my achievement

thank you rajammaji ,Crestom bullet proof(US based taining company ) gives training programme for managers .I have enrolled for senior managers IV taining program for last one year through our office .Every month two days lecture we haveto attend and each day we had two lectures .It's kind of management degree cource .We have to perform with the case studies given to us . after every lecture we have to write and submit our plan of action .How we are going to improve the leadership qualities.how we motivate our team members and how we are going to get the result by increasing the productiviy in rupee value .We havwe to implement the same and next debriefing meeting we have to explain how we have implemented our plan of action and our company is gained by it .I got this special award for overall best performance and maximum implemntaion of my plan of action .Rajammaji i was very happy when my name was announced and my trainer called me to the stage .More than that i was happy when they requested me to talk about the tainging programme .instead i made one instant poem apt to the event ,about two pages ,may be 40-50 short sentences that too in hindi and read which each one of them enjoyed .In fact today only i got the call from Crestcom to type and send them the poem i don't know for what .i am sure i bored you .Am i right ma'am/

though it is not a great achievement still i wanted to share my happiness with you .thank you very much sugu,nitya,push ,teacherji and rajammaji for your encouraging and motivating words
