Thanks Maha...Except 2 or 3 kolams all other kolams are my imagination...even if I do some inspirational work I do change most of the designs from the original one and I don't draw any of these kolams before hand...just draw them straightly... :) :)
Sowmya, waw!day by day your stroke plays are amazing!I admire the way you make new designs everytime in Padikkolam.(U know, I too like the x and dot design very much which I use it often in my padikolams, I learnt it from my Athai). I appreciate the neatness of your drawing with wet maavu. wondering how it is possible for you to draw such eloborate design with out spilling even a drop of wet maavu anywhere!
Thank You Rajamma mam for your encouraging words...that particular design is also one of my favourites... :) And about the spilling I then and there wipe out the dots with a dry cloth and clean ;) ;) :bigsmile:
