One of the most beautiful patterns my eyes have seen recently. By the way, for a moment, if one forgets the outer decorations, this is a sarpa bandha (like my string rangOli http://ikolam.com/node/5246?p=1930 without the outer loop). If you cut at the top and give a head and a tail, it becomes a serpent. Well, I was reminded that yesterday or the day before was the nAga chaviti. Very timely!
Geometrically, it is a single line with successive protrusions at 135 degrees. A very fine rangOli, ma'am. I am really thrilled!

Excellent kolam rajammaji... and the colors used enhance it more... I bet it must be difficult for people like me but I guess your a master at this...this reminds me I remember before when we used to open a kolam and click on the title of the kolam other kolams of the same variety used to be displayed... I dont get to see this now... for eg. I love padi kolams so when u click on padi title all padi kolams used to be displayed... it does not happen now... is there any other way i could view these or is there something wrong in the way i am doing it... someone please enlighten me on this.
very nice design...a perfect one for Naaga Panchami....i think, we can write eight criss-cross 4 parallel lines as the base and again eigth more at the middle of inner eight criss-cross....and enterwine together...i am right Rajammaji? is there any other easy way to remember?
Totally Awesome, Rajamma Ma'am.... Colours make it more pretty..... as of now, I could just admire it.... once you give the easier method, would surely give a try.... Thanks a lot.....
