Thank you uma.After seeing your ps work It seems you needn't any tips.In this kolam I added small small designs.so , it is easy to make such a talented person like you.
Oh! Suba Madam, u mentioned it for learners.Nice design.But myself, being a learner for sikkukolam,it was tough for me to learn,somehow I copied it.I need a lot of practice to draw on floor.Don't mistake me,I used to draw kanyakolams and dotted kolams(connecting the dots).In my young age while learning kolams,I don't no the name sikkukolam.So,we friends called it as cidukku kolam or muduchcu(knot)kolam only.Those days I have not learned this type.
Thank you ananthi for your comment.AS this kolam has the repeated design left and right , I mentioned it is a simple kolam.If you learn to put one side of the design you can make the other side easily.what is in name?Don't worry , you can learn more sikku kolams or sidukku kolam or dotted kolam any type of kolam in ikolam.
