Aarthi plate decoration

Hi all To make this plate, I spread some fevicol over the steel plate and sprinkled silver colour dust over it..spread well and reverse on a newspaper to remove the excess glitter Decorate further with small plastic kalash in the center, glitter tubes, sequeins and lace Regds Suchitra
