The artwork looks gorgeous, Adelec! I enjoyed the first one as well. Just curious, how did you make it. How are these pretty swirls that we see in the design made? I mean, what medium do you use? :)

Hi everybody and thank your for your comments.
It's all handmade :) then I put a border using a pc software :)
First of all, I used a goniometer to mark the points for the petals. Then colored the petals with water-feltpen (Stabilo water feltpens - they have wonderful gradations!) and used a small brush to water them. Then, with a golden gel-pen, drew the small swirls of the petals and after this I marked the borders with a black gelpen. At the end, I shadowed all the petals with a pencil.
I'm fascinated by the spirals and the way they are constructed. I saw them in kolams as well, done without goniometer, and I'm experimenting with them.
