My guess is Brinda (She makes these types of stencil roller rangolis with red borders quite often! Also, she has been missing from ikolam for a long time now so I'm guessing she is vacationing in Chennai? :) ) Sorry, I honestly don't know the correct answer, but just wanted to look for some clues from your rangoli and participate in this fun game anyway. :0
