Gives a divine look!
I also like looking at the shiny pooja utensils (I know it is not easy to maintain the shine on all copper as well as the brass container/items).
This is also Hrudaya Kamalam!
It is done very nicely indeed, Deepaji.
This is a pseudo-hridayakamalam. What I mean is - it is made up of two four petalled
entities rotated by 45 degrees. These are further repeated one inside the other.
They create ashTadaLapadmam inside, very nicely higlighted in red colour.
The typical hridayakamalam must be of one single line.

I just love the flower arrangement on the top - so fresh and pure....
Lata akka my mother applies tamarind juice or lemon skin to make the pooja items shine.as soon as she washes it,she pours treated water and i immediately wipe them, because when we use tamarind it becomes dark if we leave it for some time.
Judy mam nowadays u know none brings fresh kadambam or flowers,so i planted paathiri poo[the large white one] and nandhiyavattai, sevaralli in our small garden for daily pooja.
good for you Deepa for having a small garden...
Deepa my mother-in-law sometimes used kolapodi to make the pooja vessels shine and it worked wonders..
Deepa, your Pooja room kolams and flowers look great.By the way a spl. soap powder called Peedhampari can be used to polish the pooja vessels.
Bharathi deepa, nice pooja room and kolam.yes Rajammaji what u said is right Peethambhari power also available it looks like deepaji's pink kaavi powder..try that one its good.
