Another Scissor's kolam today :) Lovely work with good symmetry and neat strokes. The coloring gives a different look to the kolam. The KolaRani deserves a dedication :)

Thanks a lot for your nice comments. Got to do the Kolam after getting back from office on the eve of Tamil New Year.. Was really tired and could not do much on the colouring part of the kolam.. Hence just used Kavi powder and did a random fill up.. Only the next morning when neighbours gave a whole bunch of appreciaion, did i realize that indeed the kolam had come out properly and neat.

Nice 'pappadam + paambu' kolam! We used to call the diamonds as pappadam and the long curves as paambu!
