Sweetcorn Cheeseballs
1. Microwave (or cook) sweet corn kernels for 10 minutes until soft.
2. Cool them and coarsely grind in mixie using the pulse button only.
3. Add grated cheese, coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt, chilli powder, amchur powder, chat masala, green chilli, grated ginger, corn flour, and maida and mix well until all are well blended.
