I saw this recipe in PODIGAI channel in an Herb related program. They told if we take this chutney everyday, there will be no digestion problem. It is best for women, etc.,
So from that day I used to prepare this Green chutney at least 4 times a week. It is best with Rice.
In a plate add some rice, add Green chutney and top with sesame oil. Heavenly taste.
Note : There is no need to sauté the leaves. Fresh leaves should be used.
We can add one fresh Gooseberry to this chutney. While using Goose berry, remove the
seed and reduce the tamarind size to half. This chutney helps in hair fall problems
also when using with Gooseberry.
