About posting as Cafe topics, you need to use the "Upload" and "Post topic" options from the main menu.

Lata try to twist with ur busy schedule. Frankly speaking after 12yrs of nonstop working this month though my all other routine works are there which I do at night sometimes like correction of papers or proof reading of my journals and newsletters etc..I have not gone for training of sales managers as my vocal cord has eroded to the extension that i can lose my voice permanantly (over use due t nonstop 9-10 hrs lecture continuously for days together).
From my core of heart I thank ikolam because it has given me tremendous amount of relaxation and enjoyment as if I have gone out of station for picnic.
Most of these comments I wrote when i am answering the quarries of doctors and patients which are not very mind twisting. If some problematic quarries arise then i have to get from the PC.
Lata u r still young, so learn to relax in between ur busy schedule it will help in long run .I have learnt this skill very late.

Ammuji u r the big tom others are chota( small toms) .Kal kitna aapne maun vrath leke hame kitna paresan kiya .Jerry sabi toms ke bina cake kaise enjoy kartha(is it possible for jerry to enjoy the cake without the TOms though three toms were present lata,laxmi and umaji but big tom was missing )
