I think this has come out well for a first attempt. Boats-border looks nice. I'm glad the hibernation period got over. :)

For the first time it has comeout very well. If it is drawn on cement floor the water gets absorbed immediately, where as in wooden floor it takes time. So the consistancy of the wet maavu to be changed in each case. Experience will teach u every thing. Now that the starting trouble is over , u can do wonders.(Pushpa, Beware! Vinci maam this is too good for a first attempt (I remember mine ... it was pathetic.. phew!!)... lovely border too... pls dont go back to hibernation and keep attempting the kolams with wet maavu
